We are hiring Telemarketers to support our financial services team through appointment setting. This role suits individuals who want to start with telemarketing and potentially move into a full-time Financial Consultant position based on performance.Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to provided leads Set appointments for senior consultants Track daily call activity and results Attend training to improve call performance This is an appointment-setting role, not a sales-closing position.Pay and Benefits (Telemarketer) $12-$15 per hour (depending on experience) Performance bonuses and incentives Scripts, training, and leads provided Clear promotion criteria to consultant role (top performers only) Fast-Track Promotion (For High Performers) Top telemarketers may be offered progression to the Financial Consultant role, which includes: Basic allowance up to $5,000 (depending on qualification) 50% commissions and quarterly incentives Full training in sales and financial planning Long-term career and leadership opportunities Requirements Polytechnic Diploma, A-Level, or Degree Clear and confident communication Disciplined, coachable, and resilient Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage No experience required Work pass sponsorship is not available
