Executive for Administrative and Communications Support
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive to provide administrative support across various business channels. The successful candidate will handle customer complaints, manage social media accounts, and maintain smooth communication with internal teams.
- Customer Service: Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels through follow-up actions.
- Social Media Management: Providing ongoing support and maintenance of company social media accounts to ensure consistency and engagement.
- Communication: Facilitating seamless communication between all business channels, ensuring accurate information exchange and transparency.
- Reporting: Preparing scheduled reports to track key performance indicators and business progress.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the management of stocks and materials, ensuring efficient ordering and distribution processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining and updating office records, including event preparation and execution.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the marketing or communications field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and MS Office Applications.
- Language proficiency: English, Chinese, and Japanese JLPT Level 2.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
