Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the family estate.
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Handle basic maintenance tasks, which include simple DIY activities like garden maintenance and replacement of faulty lighting.
Perform routine estate maintenance inspections of residence areas and surrounding landscape.
Liaise with external vendors for advanced repairs relating to the estate and for owners’ vehicles (i.e., vehicle repairs and routine servicing).
Maintain owners’ vehicles (including washing of vehicles) and undertake chauffeuring duties as required.
Undertake ad hoc duties relating to the estate operations as assigned.
Job Requirements
Willing to work long hours. Official working hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with additional pay for overtime. Central / 5-Day workweek.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Possesses a Class 3 driving license.
The candidate should be hands-on and diligent in managing the day-to-day operations of a family estate.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality on the family’s matters.
Good time management and communication skills.
