Position Overview
The Business Analyst develops and designs system/data product solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. He/She studies client business processes, requirements, IT needs, and procedures to analyze the feasibility of new or enhanced systems.
He/She has an analytical mindset, understands system interconnections and usability, and approaches complex issues systematically to find effective solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Define methods, techniques, and tools for business analysis.
Collaborate with the PM and BA Lead to set goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Establish governance to track project status, risks, changes, and issues.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
Gather and analyze information on systems/data products.
Conduct detailed analysis of requirements and feasibility studies.
Document relationships between requirements, design, and solutions.
Ensure requirements are implemented as specified throughout the project lifecycle.
Support design feasibility studies and recommend solutions that maximize business value.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record managing projects above SGD 5Mil.
Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
Customer service orientation and leadership ability.
Experience in healthcare or public sector IT projects is a plus.
