Associate Director Dietary Supplements, APAC Join dsm‐firmenich as an Associate Director in the Dietary Supplements (DS) segment for the Asia‐Pacific region. This highly competitive, complex and dynamic segment is a priority area with ambitious growth targets. Location: Singapore Your Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of global and APAC DS segment strategies and lead their implementation, ensuring cross‐functional teams execute the strategy to growth objectives. Accountable for DS Asia‐Pacific marketing, business development, sales and commercial targets; lead segment sales teams and support functions across APAC through strategic influencing within a matrix organization. Identify innovation opportunities, lead concept and prototype development for the segment, and manage a portfolio of innovative customer projects that grow DS share of business. Ensure growth and conversion of the business development funnel for DS in the region, using strong project management skills to meet future growth targets. Leverage consumer trends, concept development, and customer‐brand centric marketing activities, supported by the Nutrition Innovation Centre and Healthy Marketing Team best practices. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2C or B2B in human nutrition, dietary or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge and experience of the flavours industry is advantageous. Proven track‐record on marketing/concept content generation and rollout for technical or highly specification‐driven products. Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies and transform them into concepts with successful implementation.
