Research Assistant/Associate (Mass Spectrometry-based Analysis)SLING, the Singapore Lipidomics Incubator at the National University of Singapore (NUS), invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of a Research Assistant (Laboratory Technologist). Join our dynamic team and play a key role in advancing and supporting method validation and implementation of mass spectrometry-based techniques according to ISO 15189 standards. This is in a partnership between NUS and Agilent Technologies. A background in academic research is not required. In fact, we are particularly interested in welcoming analytical scientists with experience in testing, diagnostic laboratories or contract research organization, who have operated under international quality standards such as ISO. Your practical expertise in regulated environments would be a valuable addition to our team. We are looking for a highly dedicated, self-driven, and proactive individual with hands‐on experience in mass spectrometry and/or chromatography techniques such as HPLC or GC. This position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, multidisciplinary environment with top‐class facilities. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative lab team, working closely with senior scientists, staff, and students across departments at NUS, as well as with local clinical research institutes, agencies and international collaborators. We especially welcome mid‐career professionals, including individuals who have taken career breaks for family or personal reasons, if you are looking to return to work in a supportive and flexible environment. What matters most is your technical expertise, diligence, and ability to work under regulatory conditions such as ISO guidelines.
