Site Engineer/ Project Manager
to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high quality solutions to our customers.
Only candidates with Curtain Wall experience will be considered
1. Position: Site Engineer ($3,500-$5,500)
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements.
Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details.
Manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues.
Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings.
Coordinate with Main Contractor, Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues.
Monitor and update daily project/site progress report.
Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities.
Arrange & Coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE.
Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources.
Assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.
Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
Team player with positive attitude; willing to learn.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and above.
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered.)
2. Position: Project Manager ($5,500-$8,000)
Responsibilities:
Lead and work closely with project and other teams to monitor and evaluate all projects; ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget.
Liaise with the Main Contractor, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities and Sub-Contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
Work with internal departments to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans etc.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions, delays and potential risks.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Requirements:
At least 10 years experience in Alum and Glazing Design project management works.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related disciplines.
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered.)
3. Position: Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor ($2,500-$4,500)
Responsibilities:
Tender projects and cost management of ongoing projects.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, Sub-Contract agreements, Purchase Orders, progress claims.
Assist the project team in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and other cost claims.
Prepare variations, final accounts of Sub-Contract and negotiate with different parties.
Attend meetings and site walks as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in Alum and Glazing QS works.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related disciplines.
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered.)
Work Hours:
Mon-Sat 9 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to 12 pm.
