Connect Energy is partnering with an Engineering consultancy firm in the construction industry to deliver projects with PUB Singapore.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in QS/Construction Management/Building Services or equivalent, preferably registered with the PE Board (e.g., Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend site and consultants meetings, liaising with clients, contractors, and associate consultants in the administration of projects.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs.
  • Prepare various contract and sub-contract documentation for tender and contract formalization.
  • Measure and take off quantities for work elements and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Process monthly progress claims.
  • Administer pre- and post-contract consultancy work.
  • Assess variation works and material price fluctuations, preparing interim valuations, cost plans, and budget studies.
  • Establish client requirements and undertake feasibility studies/budget studies, cost analyses as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in supporting Project Managers/Contracts Managers in the delivery of projects.
  • Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, and a good team player.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
