Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and stylish individual to join our team as a Fashion Advisor. In this role, you will represent our brand, embody our values, and provide an exceptional customer experience to our discerning clientele. You will be a key contributor to our brand's success by promoting our products, building relationships, and creating an atmosphere of exclusivity and luxury. Join us and be the next fashion ambassador for our brands like Comme des Garçons, Stella McCartney, Thom Browne, Jil Sander, Jacquemus, AMI Paris and MANY MORE Job Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, offering personalized assistance, styling advice, and product knowledge. Brand Representation: Showcase a deep understanding of our brand's history, heritage, and product lines. Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, actively upselling and cross-selling our luxury products. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest collections, materials, and trends in luxury fashion to provide accurate information and recommendations. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store, ensuring all products are well-presented and the store's atmosphere aligns with our luxury image. Brand Events: Participate in and help organize brand events, such as exclusive launches, fashion shows, and private shopping experiences. Job Requirements Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus. Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment. Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
