Roles & Responsibilities

Position Accountabilities

To deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly, sincere and accurate customer service.

Principal Accountabilities

Your main responsibilities as a Crew are to:

  • Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
  • Be the subject matter expert of all menu items
  • Follow all counter service procedures and operate cash register system
  • Follow all food preparation procedures to ensure only high quality food is served
  • Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean at all times

In addition, your extra responsibilities include the following areas:

  • Achieving targeted service time and accuracy standards
  • Responding to customers' needs immediately in a pleasant manner
  • Following performance standards for assigned stations
  • Consistently practices food safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures
  • Maintaining suitable inventory level in Food Warmer to meet customers expectation while minimizing wastage
  • Following management directions and observing restaurants' policies
  • Following guidelines on hygiene and personal grooming
  • Following cash handling policies and procedures, when applicable
  • Performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties as per assigned
  • Communicating, Coordinating and Cooperating with co-workers at all times
  • Providing assistance to co-workers in accomplishing tasks
  • Providing both positive and corrective feedback that affects your shift or restaurant
  • Ensuring your work station is cleaned and stocked before leaving it to another co-worker
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the Management Team
