Provide creative leadership for key clients in the portfolio.
Ideate and create engaging and shareable social media content for B2B industries (Tech/Healthcare/Sustainability) and public sector clients, with a focus on LinkedIn, Tik Tok and Meta.
Contribute to expanding WE's creative portfolio through the creation of content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as the use of creative tools such as AR/VR/UIUX/video automation/gaming/audio/experiential.
Keep abreast of emerging digital and social trends and technologies and apply them to the client's work or creative sprints at WE.

Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant working experience as a Designer/Motion Artist/Content Creator/Art Director in production, advertising, social media, public relations, or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Familiarity with design trends and techniques across various digital mediums
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multitasking requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Must have a design portfolio.
Strong interest in pushing the boundaries of creative ideas in B2B industries (Tech/Healthcare/Sustainability) and the public sector.
Basic knowledge of editing content through modern mobile applications, such as Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.
Familiarity with UIUX design and applications, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML / CSS is a plus
