Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

The KKH Paediatric Allergy Service is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a keen interest in clinical research in allergic disease to contribute to our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Principal Investigator and study team members to conduct research projects in the field of Paediatric Allergy, ensuring timely completion of study measures to achieve high-quality and impactful deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Screening and Recruitment: Assist with subject screening and recruitment, conduct study visits, perform study procedures, and collect data sets in adherence to approved study protocols, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
  • Biological Sample Processing: Assist with biological sample processing, storage, and analysis.
  • Investigator Site Files Maintenance: Maintain and organize the investigator site files (ISF), prepare and submit documents and/or reports (e.g., study amendments, study status reports) to the ethics committee.
  • Grant Status Reports: Assist with grant status reports and preparation of study progress slides during regular meetings with Co-Is and Collaborators.
  • Data Management: Consolidate and manage data, perform data cleaning and analysis.
  • Literature Review and Manuscript Preparation: Conduct literature reviews, prepare manuscripts, and handle administrative aspects related to grant write-ups and submissions.
  • Other Duties: Assist with any other duties of a similar nature delegated by the PI and/or Project Lead.
  • Maintain Professional Standards: Maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and record keeping in accordance with policies and procedures, upholding a culture of camaraderie and excellence in the team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Life Sciences or Health Sciences or related field.
  • Prior clinical research experience is advantageous.
  • Effectively bilingual.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous, and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software.
