If you like to work in a dynamic, leading communications technology group to deliver innovations and excellence across the region, come join our digital, software engineering, data and cyber security teamsSingtel Group Digital Office (GDO) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Transformation & Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation and enablement programs across the organization including AI solutions. This individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional digital projects that enhance operational efficiency, address business pain points and elevate user experiences. Combining expertise in program/project management, design thinking, AI and digital technologies, the Senior Digital Transformation and Delivery Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and various internal and external stakeholders to drive digital initiatives from conception to successful implementation. The role emphasizes understanding existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing user-centric digital solutions that meet strategic business goals. Proficiency in design thinking and effective stakeholder management will be beneficial to ensuring successful solution adoption and integration across teams. Make an Impact by Lead and manage complex, cross-functional digital transformation programs/projects from concept to delivery to change management with measurable impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with users and organizational goals. Focus on improving user experience by designing and implementing user-centric digital solutions that address pain points and elevate user experiences. Lead process optimization and innovation efforts, exploring opportunities to integrate automation and AI-driven solutions. Roll out AI proof of concepts (POCs) and use cases to drive AI tools and their adoption. Document current (“as-is”) processes, conduct gap analyses, and pinpoint pain points to design relevant digital solutions. Work closely with various IT teams and other departments/stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, resources and timelines; maintaining good stakeholder communications on project objectives, status, risks and key milestones. Drive adoption of digital solutions such as AI and Automation through change management programs. Digital enablement through workshops and training sessions to further reinforce and accelerate a digital culture across the organization. Keep up to date with advancements in digital technologies, especially AI, to identify potential applications and solutions Skills For Success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of AI tools and applications within digital transformation or process automation is a plus. Experience or certification in Process Improvement is a plus. Experience with Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project/program goals and deliver high-quality results. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
