Job Title: Public Area Supervisor

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand. This involves overseeing and undertaking the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces.

  • Operations: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, including but not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines, including internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Supply and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, working with the team to ensure adequate supplies and minimize wastage.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, guide and mentor a team of housekeeping staff.

Requirements

Professional certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is required. Additionally, 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing, is necessary. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are also essential.
