Community settings Competitive Remuneration Package Good career growth and personal development As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for the following duties: Apply the science of nutrition to promote health and well-being, improve the dietary habits and to manage various medical conditions of our clients in the community. Assess and create individualized nutrition treatment plans for clients. Monitor and adjust nutrition plans, ensuring the achievement of health goals. Plan and implement nutrition education programs for clients, caregivers and the public. Participate in community outreach activities to promote health and well-being. Develop and update educational resources for various stakeholders. Manage and oversee catering services, ensuring adherence to nutritional and hygiene standards. Review and develop menus, including therapeutic diets for specific health conditions. Ensure compliance with regulatory food standards and oversee food quality monitoring. Assist with data collection and contribute to studies aimed at improving patient care. Assist with budget planning, revenue forecasting and financial management for nutrition-related projects. Review and help develop policies and procedures to improve patient care and achieve cost containment. Work closely with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition services into multidisciplinary care programs. Provide nutrition consultancy to facilities like nursing homes and caterers serving care facilities. Requirements: Master's or Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics Relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings with Dietetic services is advantageous. Registered dietitian at the Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA) or any recognized Dietitians Association is highly valued.
