Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction work to ensure that all works comply with statutory and client requirements. Ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. Reviewing and approving construction drawings, materials, and method statements. Coordinating with QPS team, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project. Keeping detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control measures. Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings. Providing technical support and guidance to the project team to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborating with relevant authorities and agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction activities. Participating in site meetings, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements. Ensuring that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contractual agreements. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Possess a valid Resident Technical Officer certification accredited by IES.
