Overview As a Mortgage and SME Loan Broker at Mortgage Hub Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in helping clients secure financing solutions tailored to their needs. You will be responsible for client acquisition, prequalifying and assessing their financial situations, and providing strategic loan solutions. This role is ideal for individuals that would like to enter high-ticket sales, where you’ll be dealing with significant financial transactions that require a sophisticated, consultative approach. Training will be provided, fresh grads may apply. Responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage potential clients through telesales and other outreach methods to build pipeline of prospects. Client Assessment: Prequalify and assess clients' financial situations to determine their eligibility for various financing options. Financing Solutions: Provide tailored mortgage and SME loan solutions that align with the clients' financial goals and circumstances. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the loan process. Portfolio Management: Increase and service a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, maintaining regular follow-ups and addressing any ongoing needs. Requirements Education: Formal education is not a strict requirement. However, candidates should be able to effectively communicate with clients during presentations. Sales Experience: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills is beneficial. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the finance and banking industry is highly advantageous. Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to understanding clients' needs and delivering personalized solutions.
