Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) solutions, including SRM 7.0, ensuring alignment with business procurement processes.
Utilize SAP NetWeaver platform capabilities to integrate SRM with ECC, BW, and other SAP modules, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Analyze and enhance procurement workflows such as sourcing, contract management, supplier collaboration, and catalog management within SRM.
Perform system configuration, BADI enhancements, and workflow customization using NetWeaver tools to meet specific business requirements.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of SRM functionalities.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver Hyper Care services to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Work closely with procurement teams, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, manage change requests, and deliver solutions.
Ensure SRM processes and documentation comply with internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance, generate usage reports, and recommend improvements for better efficiency and user experience.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM, including configuration, deployment, and support.
Good understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture, including integration techniques, middleware, and enhancement frameworks
Experience with SAP Fiori applications, particularly in procurement-related scenarios, including configuration, customization, and user enablement.
Solid grasp of end-to-end procurement processes such as sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, and catalogue management.
Proven track record in SAP SRM implementation or upgrade projects, including blueprinting, testing, training, and Hyper Care support.
Good communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement, user training, and documentation.
Familiarity with audit requirements and documentation standards in SAP environments.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, especially in global or regional project settings.
SAP SRM or SAP Procurement certifications ; NetWeaver, ABAP, or Fiori certifications are a plus.
