Job Title: Project Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing scopes of work and ensuring adherence to contract obligations.
  • Overseeing project cost management and ensuring timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
  • Planning and implementing project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
  • Leading and coordinating with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Supervising testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
  • Implementing and governing the safety management system on site.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
