Speech Therapist Role

This position offers a challenging opportunity for a Speech Therapist to provide clinical supervision and consultation, assess and manage patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
  • Deliver direct clinical services to general and specialized patient groups, prioritizing individualized care and effective communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the implementation of evidence-based practices and optimize clinical outcomes.
  • Leverage leadership and mentoring skills to coordinate team efforts, promote efficient manpower utilization, and foster a culture of excellence in service delivery.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings and discussions focused on clinical standards, service improvements, and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement individual staff training and development plans to enhance professional growth and capabilities.
  • Coordinate departmental training initiatives and contribute to service expansion and capability building through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Support research projects and other service development activities that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a qualification recognized by the relevant professional regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical practice, leadership, and mentoring, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
