Artificial Intelligence Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled expert in artificial intelligence to join our pioneering team. This role is at the heart of our mission to revolutionize data center operations through cutting-edge AI technology.

You will design and build intelligent agents that think, learn, and act, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), digital twins, and real-time data to automate complex decisions, optimize energy consumption, and create self-operating infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agentic systems and LLM-powered co-pilots for critical data center applications.
• Spearhead research and building of novel agent architectures, including tool-use, planning, and multi-agent collaboration for simulation-based optimization.
• Seamlessly connect your AI agents with sophisticated digital twins, real-time telemetry pipelines, and domain-specific simulation models.

Key Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proven backend development experience, with a strong ability to build robust and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and/or generative AI.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python and deep familiarity with core ML/LLM libraries (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
• Practical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and designing agents that use external tools.
