Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Cloud Security Lead to develop, implement, and manage cloud security solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure cloud environments while addressing emerging security challenges.

This position will lead the development of cloud security strategies and roadmaps, providing leadership and direction to the cloud security team. The ideal candidate will promote security best practices and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cloud security strategies and roadmaps, providing leadership and direction to the cloud security team.
  • Promote security best practices and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • Design and deploy secure cloud architectures and solutions, evaluating and recommending security tools and technologies to enhance cloud security.
  • Develop and manage IAM strategies to ensure secure and compliant access to cloud resources.
  • Implement and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and controls for managing identities, roles, and permissions.
  • Establish, enforce, and monitor cloud security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead incident response efforts for cloud security incidents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud security, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and at least 2 years in a lead position.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security & cloud infrastructure architectures, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty are desirable.
  • Knowledge of container security, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and services (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).
  • Proficient in security technologies such as IAM, encryption, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
