Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating transfer pricing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with our financials.

This includes:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and validating transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting) prepared by external tax advisors.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (accounting team, treasury) and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Overseeing the TP document of our organization and the remuneration model with related parties.
  • Assisting in Singapore Corporate Income Tax compliance and withholding tax filings.
  • Responding to queries from IRAS and tax agents.
  • Supporting senior executives and managers in ad-hoc projects (cross-border transactions, M&A) and duties.
  • Attending accounting/tax inquiries from other teams in Accounting and other departments.
  • Preparing Singapore Related Party Transaction Form.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of transfer pricing principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
