Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating transfer pricing documentation prepared by external advisors.

  • Develop and implement effective transfer pricing strategies to ensure alignment with group policies and financials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Oversee transfer pricing documentation and related-party remuneration models.
  • Assist in Singapore Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance matters and withholding tax filings.
  • Respond to queries from tax authorities and internal stakeholders on transfer pricing and tax-related matters.
  • Prepare Singapore Related Party Transaction Forms.
  • Provide support in ad-hoc projects such as cross-border transactions, restructuring, and M&A.
  • Partner with senior executives/managers on accounting/tax-related inquiries from within the organization.
  • Handle ad-hoc tax tasks and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (professional qualifications preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to accounting, audit, or industry functions.
  • Strong foundation in Singapore Transfer Pricing regulations; working knowledge of CIT, GST, and withholding tax.
  • Hands-on experience in tax preparation, computations, and TP documentation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Big 4 or MNC tax department experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive as a collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge or experience in the shipping industry will be an added advantage.
