Senior Medical Affairs Leader Vaccines

This role will provide strategic direction and oversight of the scientific platform in support of vaccine product strategies. Responsibilities include leading regional initiatives to support licensure and introduction of vaccines, serving as a liaison with non-governmental and governmental organizations, interacting with Regional Leaders to guide overall activities, developing relationships through Advisory Boards and Professional Associations, providing medical direction for regulatory strategies, training LOC Medical Affairs staff, and ensuring regional medical needs are addressed.
- In the short-term, this includes supporting the launch and commercialization of TAK-003 across various countries in the GEM region, including Brazil, Mexico, SAM, Russia, EAMEA, I-SEA, and TAS.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medicine and a proven track record in leadership roles within pharmaceutical or biotech companies. This person must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a deep understanding of vaccine products and their lifecycle.
Vaccine Product Overview:
TAK-003 is a dengue vaccine developed by our company. It has undergone rigorous clinical trials and has been approved for use in several countries.
