About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our Plant Science team to optimize crop growth conditions and ensure the highest quality produce.

  • Responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, including seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and packaging.
  • Supervise and coordinate Operations Assistants and part-time staff to execute farm tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the optimal functioning of farm systems, equipment, and environmental conditions.
Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also:

  • Liaise with contractors for logistical, maintenance, and farm upgrades.
  • Plan and implement weekly farm schedules and SOPs in coordination with the Operations Director and Plant Science team.
  • Ensure farm hygiene, biosecurity, and overall cleanliness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of plant science and farm operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
  • The ability to work independently and professionally while maintaining a customer service-oriented mindset.
