As a Farm Operations Supervisor, you will be caring for one of Singapore’s most advanced indoor farms. Your main goal will be to ensure that farm is in top condition and daily operations go according to plan.
- Take charge of Farm Technicians under your care
- Understand daily work scope and to delegate accordingly
- Responsible for planning and achieving timely delivery of the production without compromising on the quality
- Maintain good working discipline, adopt the defined production systems, good teamwork and other department members and lead by good example
- Require to contribute to continual improvement projects
- Create work instruction for your operation process
- Create safe wok procedure for your operations process
- Assist in annual budgeting and monthlu cost control
- Develop training plan and enhance team skills matrix
- Continually provide useful feedback and idea to the engineering team
- Establish calibration procedure for your own equipment

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Urban Farming/Horticulture/Engineering/Management or equivalent
- Experience working in farm operations for at least 3 years of which 2 years in leading the team of at least 3 people
- Aware of Singapore industrial health, safety and environment (HSE) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Good supervisory and leadership qualities
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of people and team development
- Lean methodology and quality concept
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work on night shift
