We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Credit Controller to join our Customer Excellence Team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. As an Assistant Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer-centric strategies and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and review credit limits for customers/factors, or apply limits from trade credit insurer/import factors, in a timely manner.
- Issue notification letters and update records in the system.
- Perform debt verification and overdue management to control risk and support funding.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with customers for lead generation strategies.
- Handle periodic reporting and all matters related to credit insurance, such as payments for limit application fees and premiums.
- Streamline processes and be involved in system enhancements.
- Minimally a Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy or a relevant discipline.
- At least one year of experience in credit assessment and credit control management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on risk-control.
- Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable.
- Experience and knowledge in Trade Credit Insurance and FCI's GRIF rules are advantageous.
