Position Description
SITE ENGINEER CUM SUPERVISOR
The Site Engineer Cum Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This includes overseeing site operations, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to identify required materials and details.
- Plan and manage site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor and control workers to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure quality and time control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by BCA).
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in local building construction industry.
- Independent with good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
