Elite Club Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Elite Club Leader. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and lead day-to-day operations, delivering an exceptional member experience.

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas.
  • Member Experience: Maintain high service standards, build strong relationships with members, and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Events & Programming: Plan and execute events, activities, and initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the club complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the upkeep of club facilities, equipment, and amenities to ensure a premium experience.
  • Food Service & Presentation: Reheat prepared food correctly, following hygiene and quality standards to preserve taste and texture. Oversee plating and food presentation, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and visual appeal. Serve food and beverages when required.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining high service standards, planning and executing events, ensuring compliance and safety, managing facilities, and providing excellent food service and presentation.
