Job Opportunity: Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a logistics specialist. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, performing routine tasks such as document management, data entry, and general assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing of financial and office documents
  • Data entry into systems or Microsoft Excel
  • General clerical support to other departments
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers
  • Contact for vendors, deliveries, and service providers

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of office procedures and clerical tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Forklift license an advantage

Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
