Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing on-hire and off-hire reports for equipment
2. Managing and updating inventory records with accurate data input
3. Arranging transportation for empty units
4. Sourcing and following up with prospects and agents internationally
5. Monitoring and submitting daily activity reports
6. Coordinating off-hiring procedures for equipment
7. Verifying invoices related to operations
8. Overseeing loading and offloading activities to ensure proper handling of inventory

Requirements: Diploma or degree in logistics or shipping discipline preferred but not required. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.
