Electrical BIM Modeller Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing electrical shop drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project and regulatory standards.

About the Role
  • Responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
  • Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documents for systems such as lighting & power, single-line diagrams, lightning protection systems, underground piping, and ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines via BIM tools such as Navisworks.
Requirements
  • Diploma certification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards.
