Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students on the autism spectrum and related conditions.
This role involves working closely with teachers to provide high-quality educational support and guidance to students. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment, preparing and producing learning materials, and supporting teachers in guiding students during lessons and classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic and life readiness skills support to students
- Assist teachers in preparing and producing learning materials and aids
- Support teachers in guiding students during lessons and classroom activities
- Support school events and after-school curriculum to enhance learning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
