Job Title: Health Service Associate
Key Responsibilities- Carry out frontline operations including registration, scheduling and financial transactions.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and address patients' general enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene for all products, equipment and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare patients for procedures with training provided.
- Experience in working with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.
- Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Work location within walking distance from public transportation. Flexible work schedule with 5.5 days work week or 44 hours of work per week with 2 days rest per week.
