Job Opportunity: SWIFT Production Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a SWIFT Production Support Specialist position. This role will involve monitoring and maintaining the health of our SWIFT application system in production, addressing operational queries from users, and performing testing and troubleshooting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SWIFT, including knowledge of AMH, SAG, and SNL. Additionally, they should have good analytical skills, be able to investigate issues, and provide effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the health of the SWIFT application system in production
  • Address operational queries from users and provide necessary information to close tickets
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting tasks, including SIT/UAT for developments on AMH
  • Support UAT on AMH, investigate issues reported, and provide effective fixes
  • Prepare change details for production releases and perform other tasks as necessary

Requirements:
