Job Title: Senior Associate – Corporate Secretarial
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Secretarial Department in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality corporate secretarial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incorporation of new companies and striking off existing ones
- Preparation of annual general meetings (AGMs), extraordinary general meetings (EGMs), and board resolutions
- Filing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) on changes to company records
- Liaising with clients and ACRA/IRAS officers
- Maintaining minutes books and updating records in register books
- Amending company constitutions and memoranda and articles of association (M&AA)
- Discharging registered charges and e-stamping with IRAS for share transfers
- Preparing company billing for secretarial fees and other charges
- Updating company computer systems for payments and deposits
- Assisting the tax department with tax computations and other documents
- Registering, renewing, or terminating business firms
- Issuing share certificates and arranging for common seals
- Managing client communications and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- ICS/LLB or CS qualification equivalent
- Experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
- Familiarity with ACRA Biz-filing requirements
- Good organizational and coordinating skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Attention to detail
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
