Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends and variances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a trade finance or banking environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
