Finance Transformation Manager
A senior position in our growing team.

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead finance transformation projects, managing end-to-end initiatives to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance processes such as financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting. Experience in leading and mentoring teams, strong project management skills, and business development experience are also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead finance transformation projects, managing end-to-end initiatives to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Design and implement finance technology solutions to optimize key processes such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic conversations, workshops, and presentations for senior management.
  • Provide expert advice on complex finance transformation topics, from process redesign to technology selection and implementation.
  • Drive the selection, configuration, and implementation of financial technologies that enable efficient financial reporting and compliance.
  • Lead the development of finance transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' current finance operations and recommend improvements for process optimization.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CA) are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation.
  • Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects.
