AV Policy Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled AV Policy Manager with keen interest in Autonomous Vehicles projects.

  • This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative team in regulating the AV industry.
  • A chance to develop and implement policies, strategies, legislative and regulatory frameworks necessary to support the deployment of AVs across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and finetune a cohesive vision and roadmap for the deployment of AVs.
  2. Develop and implement policies and strategies to support the AV deployment roadmaps.
  3. Review and provide recommendations on existing policies, legislation and frameworks to ensure continued relevance and alignment with national objectives and priorities.
  4. Assess and project manage AV deployment and trial requests, monitor and report progress, address operational challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, policy development, or strategic planning would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in working on policies, strategies, legislation related to emerging and new technology areas.
  • Possess good communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for details.
