Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule work, manage materials, control costs, and oversee project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and sub-contractors/suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise M&E works and coordinate with clients' representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Collaborate with mechanical contractors, main contractors, etc. regarding drawings and site execution.
  • Verify electrical shop drawings are revised correctly based on client comments.
  • E nsure timely and efficient progress of works.
  • Promote quality works and adhere to safety regulations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent qualification.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  3. Ability to work proactively under tight timelines and maintain high pressure.
  4. Excellent command of English language.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Prior experience as both Engineer and BIM Modeller is preferred.
  7. Familiarity with AutoCad 2D and 3D drawings will be an added advantage.
