Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Associate to join our Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Global Strategy Team to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic initiatives across all business lines in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide management presentations, business plans, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities for business strategic plans.
  • Maintain client relationships and act as an escalation point as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other teams.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in strategy roles gained from a top-tier financial institution and/or top-tier consulting firm providing advice and building strategies for large financial services clients.
  • Excellent exposure and understanding of financial services and capital markets.
  • Strong data analysis and representation skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and recent updates in financial services, capital markets, and fintech.
  • Multi-tasking skills, stress-resilience, and a getting-things-done mindset.
