Contact Centre Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Project Manager to lead our team and drive the performance of our contact centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contact centre operations, with at least five years of experience handling government projects in an operational or project management capacity.

Main Responsibilities
- Own and manage entire assigned projects, collaborating closely with business partners on issues and reviews related to outsourced campaigns/projects
- Manage team performance and ensure smooth operations of call products/services
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and sales strategies
- Secure new business and grow existing accounts by gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

Requirements
- At least a degree with minimum five years of experience in Contact Centre industry and handling government projects in an operational or project management capacity
- COPC certification or equivalent is preferred
- Sound knowledge in contact centre operations, telephony/IT systems, and contractual terms
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and preparing management reports
