Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Director

This senior leadership role oversees the set-up and operation of food and beverage outlets. It requires a high level of expertise in managing teams, developing business strategies, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and operate a station/section in the F&B outlets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve highest service standards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and partners
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including liquors and cocktails
  • Serve food in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas
  • Manage complaints and resolve issues through excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • A results-driven professional with experience in hospitality or related field
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or business administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. You should also be an effective communicator and team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
