Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving issues, and delivering innovative solutions.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automation/Control engineering or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCad & 3D drawing
  • Candidates familiar with Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLC series and Phoenix Contact solutions, automation application experience preferred
  • Able to work independently with drive & initiative
  • Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Problem solving, strong analytical skills
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide solution demonstration and presentation to customer
