Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead cost management activities on our projects.

  • Estimate costs and prepare bills of quantity for tendering purposes.
  • Oversee the procurement process, from quotation enquiry to contract preparation.
  • Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claims, assisting in cash flow projections.
  • Produce monthly cost reports and take a lead role in interfacing with clients and other consultants.
  • Review and analyze variation orders, final account productions, and contract knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting QS, preferably in industrial, data centers, commercial, infrastructure, hospital, hospitality & leisure, retail fit-out sectors.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience across Cost Management duties, including Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders, and Final Account close-out.
  • Knowledge in Cost X software is advantageous.
