Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to drive business growth through data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Design and implement A/B testing experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, computer science, psychology, data science, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, survey analytics, or user research at scale.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with survey platforms and internal tool development is a plus.
  • Strong background in survey design, sampling methods, experimental design, and statistical inference.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy standards and ethical considerations in user data collection.
