  • Manage procurement approval for AOR, QAA, Variation & Small Value Purchases (SVP)
  • Manage Master Procurement Records/CC Portal, email-in of SVP, direct billing, Purchase Order (PO) Details
  • Manage Approval of Payment (AOP) for SVP and Direct Bills, PO invoices on a timely basis
  • Manage Assets in accordance with FIN's policies and procedures, e.g. Physical Verification Exercise, Write-off and Disposal of Assets, conversion of WIP to Fixed Assets in the system
  • General Office Administration, e.g. contract staff clearance and registration

Requirements:

  • Experience in admin and procurement in Schools / Admin Departments
  • Experience in fixed assets management and annual physical verification exercise
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Able to work with different stakeholders within Department and with FIN, EES etc.
  • Eager to learn and grow with Digital Services & Technology Office
