As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough performance evaluations and quality assessments of battery cells.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Testing and Quality Assessment: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of battery cells to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Cell Technology Evaluation: Assess new cell technologies for integration into our product lines, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Packing and Configuration: Oversee the packing and configuration of cells for prototype and production use, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Rework and Refurbishment: Perform rework and refurbishment of battery cell assemblies, restoring them to optimal functionality.
- PCB Layout and Management: Design PCB layouts and manage PCBA processes, driving efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing workflows.
- Mechanical Component Development: Develop and refine mechanical components for battery systems, including enclosures and connectors, to enhance overall system performance.
- Commissioning and Decommissioning: Execute commissioning and decommissioning activities for battery packs at customer or project sites, ensuring smooth handovers.
- Tool Repair and Troubleshooting: Perform ad-hoc repair and troubleshooting of tools, test equipment, and battery-related hardware, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Min 3 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Skills: Good knowledge of battery compositions, BMS, and assembly processes.
- CAD Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD software and technical presentations.
