Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of directional strategy and provide technical authority for an area within the business.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Applications Support function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in Applications Support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of complex applications and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
